Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am EST.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Access to Yonahlossee Resort amenities requires a fee. Guests must pay a $10 per day per person base fee to use the pool, gym, and game room. If more than 3 people, the base fee will be $25 for club use. To access outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, the fee is an additional $10 per person and is $20 per person for indoor tennis and pickleball courts.
  • Firewood for the living room fireplace may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • This home is pet friendly. See fee details below. (See conflicts section for more info.)
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with utensils needed to cook meals. There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens will be provided.
  • Guests returning to Crystal Mountain Lodge may receive a 10% discount off the rent, not to be stacked with other discounts.
  • The roads leading to this home are flat and easy to navigate. Guests are responsible for winter weather preparedness, including driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle during winter months.
